Html is easier but I recommend you to first know what you want to be. Then that will be easier for you if you currently stick on one path.

If you can't solve problems try this close your code get some paper and visualise the problem and a solution and then try and think of a way to code it

And while html is easier then python I would
recommend you learn python since html is not a programmimg language but a mark up language hence the name hyper text mark up language 😀

HTML is pretty easy. Most of it is just putting text inside two commands, and uploading pictures… python for me is harder, but its the easiest language for general programming. HTML is only web design. I would go with HTML.
