Ran out of hearts and bits aren't working to refill

Question

Pretty much the title.

I want to spend my bits to refuel my hearts early, but the button does nothing. Both of the other buttons on the popup screen work to "take a quiz" or "buy a subscription", but using the on-site currency to refill the hearts doesn't work.

Is there a separate screen or menu in which I have to do this? Thanks in advance.

I have this issue too. It just does nothing after I clicked on the refill button.

I always see that on mobile (App) when I try answering a question without Hearts. 40bits to refill the Hearts and I can also use it.
Maybe you could Check for Updates for SL or reinstall it, when nothing works should you contact the support: [e-mail].

I am also experiencing this. I have 300ish bits.

The option to refill hearts with bits appears, but the button doesn't work. However the button to start a trial of the paid service works. Seems like one button is being prioritized over the others.

If this is the case, Sololearn's practices may be too predatory for my liking.

You have to wait 5 hours for hearts to refill on their own. But if you have bits you can use them to refill the hearts. You may start a different course while your hearts refill. You should not have to worry about hearts for your second course. And you can earn more bits by completing the lessons in the new course.

was working fine a few days ago...welp not too much we can do, if its their new policy might aswell just remove the button entirely
