If you want to build mobile apps, you are a long way from that.
First study the basics of the programming language. You can do the Kotlin course on Sololearn to get you started.
To build an actual mobile app, it is better to use a dedicated IDE (integrated development environment) on a personal computer, such as Android Studio. And you can find lots of tutorials and reference online, but Sololearn does not have a lot to offer in this topic. Most of the courses here are very basic.

LIMO as far as I know, you don't have to pay anything to access the lesson contents. I believe only the exercises are restricted for Pro account. But you can exercise as much as you want in the code playground, it's free as well.

Go to the Learn menu, pick a language, read the lesson, read the comments (sometimes they are really great and contain more in-depth knowledge and examples). There is a test question after each section. Go to the code playground to practice. Rinse and repeat.
