Go to unity's website, they have tutorials there. You'll find lots of tutorials on YouTube, too

Use CatlikeCoding. It will teach you best practices and teach basic c#. If you don't know c#, read a book about it. Surround yourself with people better than you in c# to create motivation to strive to be like them
