You may want to start doing some projects in JS to help you understand the language and how it works better.

Follow sololearns learning path. But use multiple resources to understand the concepts better. For instance if you're learning about arrays. Watch some YouTube videos that explain what arrays are. And also google more info about arrays. Do this for everything you are not fully understanding. You could even take the course again once you finished to see what you missed.
