Resetting course and then learning again is not a cheating.

If there is reset course option then I can do many times otherwise why this option is available.

If he/she is using old version and reset course then XP will be also deduct (as per old rules) so learning and completing course again user cannot gain more XP again. For example your XP was 100 and then after resetting course your xp would be 0

As I can see user is 4 years old and has only 43K xp which is possible through courses and Code coaches.
