Everything has many bugs. Why would you expect it to be perfect?

It is because we are as developers have to deal with the constant updates of the Operating Systems. Each time there is an update something breaks. Then we wait for our user base to report the problems since there are more of them than us. So they will find problems more frequently. Then we have to wait to see if it is a problem with our code or is it the users device. Then once the problem is frequent enough we will find the time to debug our programs. But it takes time because we are usually have other projects we are working on.
