There is low chance of finding a mentor here, at Sololearn. The platform itself is intended for people to learn by themselves (and from others' codes, questions and tips shared a posts, etc.). The closest I saw here is a person who created a code explaining to someone else how that code or its part works in Direct Messages (DM). But I would not consider this as mentoring, because it is one or more one-time helps. If you really think that you need a mentor to learn, then I think that you should find some other platformā€¦ Just because the nature of Sololearn is unsuitable for that purpose. I know that you may have already tried it or you do not have money to spend online, but just in case: https://www.google.com/search?q=Android+development+mentor . But who knows? Maybe, you are still capable of learning by yourself? First thing I would suggest you to try is to find some tutorials on that topic on the Internet. You might not understand it at first, but not giving up is really one of the most helpful things.

I completely agree with what get is saying. I wish to add that I doubt anyone (or hardly anyone at least) will mentor for free. You may either want to be prepared to spend this money, or try your best by yourself, but I wish you the best on your coding journey nevertheless!
