How to receive the message?

Clicking the button to receive the message prompts you to activate the mailbox, but can't receive it. #help

You mean the messaging function sololearn?

Your account already is verified, so no need to take action.

The messaging function unlocks ~3 weeks after account creation but I think it also requires some learning activities.

I would recommend you to keep learning and if it doesn't unlock after 3 weeks, mail to sololearn and explain them the issue.
