Don't ever share a random link like this. Especially if the source can't be established. This is pointing to a unknown sentry backend.
If you really want to ask about it, call it on your browser. Go to developer tools --> network and share the request/response data.
Aside from that. There is nothing weird about a POST request. It's also using HTTPS, which means the data is encrypted.

Also, are you sure it's a POST request? If it's a POST request, then the link is meaningless. The payload is in the HTTP body.
