Caeser cipher is case insensitive. Don't bother with upper and lower case characters. If you want to break the cipher, then the hard way is to print all 26 combinations and decide which one makes sense. The more efficient way is to look for some common words. Given that you know the language. For example. The most common words in English is "the", "be", "to", "of" and "and". If you find any of them in the decrypted message. You could assume that you have broken the cipher.
