Is it better to follow framework's coding style or use mine?

Question

Hello guys, there are a lots of framework in the world, and each of it has it's own coding style (wich maybe difference from mine).

The question is, should I use my own style or follows the framework's style.

Ok of course, I know that I'd better use framework's style for compactness, but it's just a curious about people's opinion.

I'll appreciate any feedback, thanks in advance.

Everyone have there own style. That doesn't work well in a large scale projects with other collaborators.

Imagine thousands of lines of code written in different styles and conventions. There will a lot of misunderstandings and miscommunication like that.

That's why you need a common style/convention.

Do you mean it's like PHPFIG in PHP & PEP in Python

Vicky Tanner I don't know about PHP. But PEP sounds right. Aside from what's the language side of it. A framework also have different ways to accomplish something. It's the same problem. Always use the frameworks best practices. It's a common standard that everyone needs to follow. Not only for high quality software but also to establish a common understanding.
