Unable to download certificate

I have finished my Responsive Web Design course but while downloading the certificate I am getting an 404 error. What's the solution?? Kindly help me.

Eh! For me there's no problem, you can go to your profile and click on the certificates and it will show some options like: copy, share and save

Click save (now it will ask for device storage permission) or share

But in my profile in the certificate section it's not showing . Instead it's showing 95% completed ... but I have completed the whole
