The Web project consists of HTML, CSS and Javascript, it was meant for learning front-end web development. PHP is a language used in back-end web development. Front-end code runs on client side (browser, WebView), and back-end code runs on server side. The difference in environment separates PHP from the Web project. For context clarity, it would be nice to have SoloLearn and Code-Playground in the tags rather than meaningless 'amogus' ☝ https://code.sololearn.com/W3uiji9X28C1/?ref=app
