C# Keeps giving me string to int error

Your function is supposed to return an integer but you try to return a string. So what do you want to return?

Actually just fixed it by adding 2 lines and changing int to string ffs...this was part of a test for an apprenticeship job

P.S this was task 1/3 from a 4 hour time slot of them testing my code creating ability. Failed miserably
