There is no best one... There are many of them free on web as whole cms or as plugins for existing cms systems.

CMS is content managing system.

It depends on your needs and size of your business... So there is not perfect one. Every each of them has it pros and cons.

I suggest you to search on Google or somerhing that - free cms software for e-commerce

Or something like that...
