Google play services not available

Question

For the last 4 hours I've been trying to fix this app because I cannot open any of the problems because it keeps telling me Google play services unavailable because I accidentally pressed deny when it asked for permission.
I've uninstalled Google play services and reinstalled.
I've uninstalled sololearn and reinstalled.
I've cleared data from play store.
But nothing I do causes the app the ask for permission from Google play services anymore.
Please help I'm dying.

go to settings > apps. Then look for the app in the list. Tap permissions, and put it back on
