What computer would you advise me?

Among the 4 following points, For programming and using image feedback software, what minimum capacity and what type can you advise me?
Your opinions interest me. Thank you!
1. the processor
2. the graphics card.
3. the hard drive
4. the random access memory (RAM)

Mainly RAM is what you need. CPU and storage too! Mainly just aim for RAM and CPU, you can get SSD for storage/RAM.
GHz of ~3 would be very nice.
For RAM , get above 6GB.
For storage, get above 400GB.

It depends also if you are going to buy Mac or Windows.
If you are going for Windows just go for RAM around 8 GB, if you also want a huge battery backup go for the recent processors but just make sure that it is above 2.5 GHz .
And if you are going for Mac just go for a better processor just concentrate on that, RAM ~4 GB enough for a Mac
Also atleast 500 GBs of hard drive+2 GB graphics card.
Remember if you have a low budget go for Windows.

16gb of ram minimum
2tb of storage is pretty cheap these days.
