Sololearn not working on my account, bug report

Hello forum SInce 2 days ago my sololearn account is not working. In the desktop version it freezes trying to load any course and in mobile it doesn't open anything at all. I tried reinstalling the app with no success. Since this bug happened I lost my BTS streak, but at this point I'm more worried about not being able to continue my courses without creating a new account. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
