You need a database to store users, posts etc. You can either choose to have one installed on a server or on the cloud. Cloud storage is usually cheaper and easier. Then, you need to create an API that will serve as an intermediary between your frontend code and the database. This depends on your language preference. PHP, Ruby and ASP.NET are some popular options. The rest can be done on the frontend with HTML, CSS and JS.

@maf JS is not necessary, but it's for sure absolutely impossible to create a post-able forum with pure HTML. So your answer was just wrong. Using JS or especially Node.js is just one option or of many. For any beginner it's important to hear of all options.

"Yes it is. Just have a method of post in ur form and use NodeJS to get the form fields' values, u would need to learn NodeJS u can even use vanilla javascript to get the input values and store them in firebase. Learn Javascript. [...]" 1. It is not 2. "Just have a method of post in ur form and use NodeJS" 3. "u would need to learn NodeJS" 4. "Learn Javascript." You asked for probable reasons for downvotes, here they are. Your answer is just misleading for a beginner and contains wrong information. If that's not enough for you, well...

HTML is just the document-describing language, which you can use to provide a forum including the forms you need to post something, but you cannot process anything to store the posted data only based on HTML.

Any language can be used. Some are easier to apply, like JS, PHP, Python, Ruby (all more beginner friendly, make your choice...) - but there are actually even C-samples out there (not recommended).

Totally helpful, 3 JS suggestions and 2 technologies out of thousands... As "what to learn". Millions of forums work without that...

When posting a coding question, assist individuals with aiding you. In a perfect world, present a connection on a page that exhibits the issue. In case that is unrealistic (for instance, if your site isn't live yet) there are different choices. You may, for instance, make a functioning illustration of the issue on a site like CodePen 94. You would then be able to glue the connection to your Pen here. (If you pursue perfect essay writing, you will click here, this way: Another choice is to assemble a functioning illustration of the issue and post the code here. For instance, individuals regularly post something like this (make sure to feature your code and afterward click the button to organize your code): .covering { width: half; edge: 0 auto; foundation: #e7e7e7; } .content { width: 60%; glide: left; } The issue here is that those attempting to help don't have the foggiest idea about the full picture. What is the HTML that this applies to? To get the full picture, it is valuable to post all the code that is applicable to the issue. So the idea here is to post the code for a full archive that exhibits the issue. For example <!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <style media="all"> .covering { width: half; edge: 0 auto; foundation: #e7e7e7; } .content { width: 60%; glide: left; } </style> </head> <body> <div class="wrapper"> <div class="content"> <h1>Heading</h1> <p>This is a passage. This is a passage. This is a passage. This is a passage. This is a passage. This is a paragraph.</p> </div> </div> </body> </html> I face this type of problem on my website https://perfectessaywriting.com/ but I solve it this way.
