Before I answer, I thought I'd note that a question is only off-topic if it is irrelevant in regards to both programming and SoloLearn. Seeing as your question is oriented around SoloLearn moderation, it is not off-topic, and the [offtopic] header should be removed. Now, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by the lowest "level" moderator. Are you talking about the level as a reference to a mod's rank/authority, or the person's level (1-20) on SoloLearn? Currently, there are four moderator ranks: New, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. New mods are moderators that are still currently in somewhat of a "probationary" phase, meaning that their contributions to the community are evaluated over time. A New mod is someone who passed the moderator nomination-trials. The most recent concluded on the 29th of Feb, 2020. Silver mods aren't very much different than New mods. The main difference is the level of trust afforded to them (in most cases). Gold mods oversee the lower tiered mods. Platinum mods oversee _everything_, and are the highest ranking, most experienced, and most trusted moderators. Due to the character-limit, I can only say so much. So, if your question was oriented around the lowest rank/authority of moderators: your answer is the "New" mods. However, if you were talking about levels in regards to experience-points, etc. - although requirements for modship aren't necessarily "set in stone" regarding experience-points, levels, usage, etc. ... I think it's safe to say that we wouldn't consider recruiting a user who wasn't at least at a gold-ranked level (I think that's at ... what ... level 12, maybe? It's been so long.). The most important characteristic/trait/etc for a moderator to have before their recruitment is considered, in MY opinion, is a genuine care & compassion for SoloLearn and its community. A null, bronze, or silver ranked user wouldn't have had the chance to develop that due to not being around long enough. I hope this answers your question.

PresidentOfYes12 Yes I have seen 1 - 2 mods with a silver badge. Less than lvl 10. But being a moderator doesn't depends on your level . If you're active in the forum and helping others than you have some chances.

1. Platinum Moderators - more experienced mods. Having all the power including blocking accounts. 2. Gold moderators - have the power to delete questions and many other things. 3. Silver mod - they are of lower rank and are the newly made mods who have been active in the forum for more than 6 months. https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/290797/?ref=app https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/262269/?ref=app
