I am a self learned developer In the process of my learning Faced a lot of problems Best ways to learn is avoide mistakes done by others you know some of them pointed out 1.Don't try to learn multiple languages 2.Don't leave learning in middle and jumped to another language 3.learn every topics carefully Don't jump from topic to topic 4.Don't make a big project in starting make sort projects based on current topics 5.at the end a lot of practice At last well done!

Python is the most versatile and easy to learn programming language! But as you plan to learn Machine Learning through Python u might feel a bit uncomfortable,as it's really complicated, once you get hang of it,you can create miracles!

Well it doesn't matter which language you learn , the point is you know how to use logic like loop , function, etc . Then you can shift to any languange you desire. For me i prefer learn JavaScript because it can be used in multiple platform nowadays including ios , android, desktop just choose a specifik framework/library for that

RISHABH HTML doesn't teach you programming basics and thus I don't recommend it unless you'd want to especially use programming for developing websites.

Well as a beginner I would recommend C++ or Java. Both are easy to learn and handy. Just learn one language other will be a piece of cake.
