Activity Feed Displays Info Twice

Question

have you notice while scrolling your activity feed and you realize that you just see this same post at the top, and you scroll back and find the same post again, this has been happening to me for a while but I just decided to push it forward, anyone have this same thing going on???

I have seen it too, along with comments & questions appearing twice.

Not only Activity Feed, I'm seeing the same questions multiple times in the QnA section. ☹️
