Hello you guys! I just want to say that I'm so happy that I joined Solo! Every question I seemed to ask, you guys always answer. I have another question and I need some advice. I recently got an opportunity for an internship at Capital One Headquarters for Desktop Support and I just wanted to know if it is important to have Hardware skills as well as software? Is it necessary for me to acquire those skills as well.

desktop support is mostly hardware with answering questions about inhouse software. you'll need to understand whatever applications they use and be proficient at reading your documentation for the administration's suggested fix.
