How long does it take to completely study c# and asp

I know this question is very blunt but I've been struggling to grasp the basic concept of obejct orientation programming. what should I do? is there a way I can understand this in a different method?

I suggest you learn C++ a little because it's object oriented but not PURELY object oriented like C# or Java. It let's you understand the difference and advantage of using OOP. As for how long, it depends on you. You can't complete a language there are 100s of frameworks and library functions which will by itself take years to remember them all. Cover the basic concepts, try some challenges or small projects, when you are stuck some there search for it. That's what works for me atleast.
