In my opinion I think you should stop coding for a while and do other things. Like sports or reading I had that time when nothing was into my brain. i was depressed in every aspect. So i quit coding for like 3 months? After that i did some gaming, youtube and other interesting stuff. I thought i was never going to code again. Obviously i got interested in code and started all over. Now im better than before and im really happy about myself :) i hope this helps
