Java Script is very effective programming language.

JavaScript helps in many ways even in game development. Think you are making games in 2001 then basically you would like to develop a java game as Java was more popular that time and game which we play websites are basically made with JAva SCript and coding. JavaScript in pc games helps in many ways. JavaScript can classified as basic codings for realistic graphics with a smooth touch ( not in every graphics ).
