I couldn't run html on notepad is there any other text editor to run html

What do you mean could not run HTML on notepad?
You should be able to save your file as index.html and open in any browser for viewing.
Do you receive an error?

Notepad allows you to edit HTML, not execute it. In order to execute HTML save the file as .HTML and then double click the saved file . The file should then run in your browser.
