Should i learn 'C' language ?

I'm a begineer in programming. I learnt Some basics of html, js, java and python from sololearn. I saw that sololearn has added C language and people are being thankful about it.They're saying that it's a mother of all programming language.. So, should i learn this language or not ? What are the outcomes ?? Note that, i'm going to study IT ..

C is a multi-purpose mid-level language that is much different than Python and web development languages. It involves memory allocation management, and sometimes requires a medium level of knowledge in computer memory and architecture. It is used in pretty much every single computer to an extent. It is used to write drivers, fast applications, Operating Systems, and in general just anything that needs speed and power. It is a very VERY powerful language, and is the predecessor of C++, since C++ is meant to be a more useful language than C in some areas, especially in its MASSIVE library. If you are planning to study IT, I have heard from my IT friends that IT does not necessarily involve nearly as much coding as other fields, but it is always good to have a language in your arsenal.

C is useful to know, but I find that C++ is more commonly used. In my opinion, C is a little outdated, but again that’s just my opinion. It’s still a large part in the industry.
