Why don't shown Bootstrap output?

Question

To learning bootstrap coding, I am using my desktop in offline.
So, I am downloaded jquery libery code as text. and convert in to *js. Then I am import it in my html (bootstrap) code.
But, it don't working. but why??
However, How to solve this problem. Please suggest me.

you need to import bootstrap as well, the css file.
