Choice 1 : learn java because today most of the Android apps are in java. and basic xml syntex also. Choice 2 : You can also make android app using web technology ( html, css, javascript) . Choice 3 : kotlin is another but latest language for Android . Choice 4 : you can use C++ also. My personal opinion is Install Android studio and learn java and xml.
