depends on your goals if the web - html>css>js, if you don't know, try python.start right from easy to hard. So what you want to do ask yourself? to write an interface or machine learning or game can be the backend?

if you don't learned any lannguage yet , then i would tell you to go with python as its one of the less complicated language and basics of this will help you learn any language. So i would suggest you python.

Go HTML> CSS> JAVASCRIPT> JQUERY >PHP >SQL.

get acquainted with the different languages a little that would have been a prefix , and what they are, maybe you just like some syntax and language features
