The reasons are varied. First, a forum always involves a social part, so it is normal that there are topics related to celebrations / congratulations. And that does not have anything bad, but it's off topic. Similarly, there are topics that are not directly related to programming and are oriented to opinion or debate. Similarly news that is not directly related to the world of programming, but have a place here can have that label (for example, I post a news about linux because I know that there are people who could be affected here) Having a forum related to a topic does not mean that it will focus only on that topic. There will be topics that are not within the definition of it (and it is fine), but they need to be regulated or classified so as not to interfere with the experience of other users.

That label is usually added by moderators to classify the content within the Q&A section. The topics that are not directly related to the programming (or content provided by Sololearn) are usually classified as such. Some users also add it voluntarily to their posts in order to collaborate.

@Mickel Sánchez Yeah, I just don’t get why you would not speak of programming on a programming place. It is like it is yelling in your face “THIS IS A PLACE FOR PROGRAMMING.”
