Does solo learn challenges teach u more?

I know that solo learn gives u just the basics but is the challenges gives u more knowledge ??or not?

Personally, I haven't learned that much from challenges because I don't think that getting you (sometimes) in impossible coding positions and having a few time to calculate an output — for example — is a good practice.
But there are peoples who like it and that get helped with this and others (like me) who think this is useless. Just do it according to your way to learn.
Then, remember the Sololearn quote "The best way to learn code is to code!"
Concretely practicing still the best way to retain syntax and stuff, also check codes and inspire yourself with the community's codes and you'll learn better :)
