Best GUI for Python?

Is there a Visual Studio like GUI for Python? Or do you guys build your GUI by coding everything?

pycharm community edition is free and comfy, I use it every day. after you set your interpreter (your python installation) and start a new project, you're ready with everything you need!

Can I use Visual Studio Code for Python just dragging and dropping itens like in the regular Visual Studio?

You can also use an included library like Tkinter and pycharm community is free (https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/)
