Can't set profile Avatar

Question

Registered today, verified email but still see the error msg "Can't set profile picture..." every time I try to set avatar. Anyone knows why?

The way I managed to set a n avatar was to login via regular browser ==> change avatar and than go beck to app.

apparently there is a bug in SoloLearn App on Iphone 6.

I took the picture myself so I don’t know how many pixels and I don’t want to count and make sure it’s 40000 pixels or less. But I tried retaking the picture multiple times. :-(

Mine won’t let me use a new one. I don’t know what to do. 🤔

You should probably send a big report to the company.

Is it alright to just send them a bug report by tapping the 3 dots in the top left corner of the page? Because that’s what I did and I hope they get it.

Yup, tried 120x120; 200x200; tried jpg, png, gif. Even tried using 2nd option: "Taking a picture using phone camera". Result is the same "Can't update picture. Try again"
