After learning HTML, you should learn CSS as well. Remember HTML will only teach you how to code and create forms and all those signup, login, and other forms you learn to code using HTML is not yet completed. To be a web developer, you need to learn PHP as well so you know how to link these forms to a web server so that when someone submit a form it goes to the right place. Good Luck.
