Is it too late to start learning programming in 30?
Now I'm 30 years old and I decided to learn programming. Please share your experience. How long can the training take to the level of a confident user? And with what it is better to begin?

It's depends on your performance and also on other different issues, minimum 6 months.

It grossly depends on the amount of passion you have for it.

How much time did it take for the first results?

30 is absolutely not to old to learn programming.
The time to get first results can't be answered though. It depends on too many things. How much free time do you actually have to invest in it? How motivated are you? And many more factors are relevant to answer this particular question.
