Are top rank holders in Solo Learn (Level 15+) given any extra privileges than that of the novice users?

Are they made eligible to make a concept that someone has posted, get published publicly?
Are they often been given higher prominence/priority than others in any aspects? (if yes, where all)

I'm not level 15+ and so far...

I didn't really see any connection between XPs and privileges yet. Of course people probably look at high XP members in a different light...

Learners are probably given higher prominence in the "Suggestions for You" when they have more followers. It was quite some work to get the first followers but after let's say the first 1k it gets much easier... 😉

Extra privileges are given to moderators.
But it is also true that higher level members are generally given more priority but its not always that case.
A lower rank member can also equally influence by his codes.
