How to use animation-direction: alternate?

When I use animation-direction: alternate; It doesen't seem to work. After normal animation it does not go reverse as it suppose to.

Can you review my code and tell me what is wrong? It's really short. I've seen yours and I felt lost at first but then I still haven't found answer. Only that- you are using percentage instead of "from" "to" in @keyframes
