It's like any kind of job. If you like it, it can be enjoyable.
You can do skateboarding as a job, but hate it.
With programming is the same. There are some frustrating stages, like debugging an issue you cant figure out, but it deppends on you to make it less stressing.

its just like every job, every employee has a different experience with each employer. My experience is going to be different than person B. You have to find what you enjoy about coding, and understand why you don't enjoy certain things.
