I mean to so that if i want to male a game or give a voice command is it possible to do so and if there is such thing than how can i use it

You can’t here, but outside of SL, try the following libraries:

SDL2 > 2D graphics + input, works in C and C++.

OpenGL > 3D graphics, used with GLEW, GLFW, GLM, and SOIL2 for all features I know of including handling input.

Unreal Engine > 3D game engine, everything you need built-in. Not sure if it costs money or not, you might want to research that.
