May I know which way is best to learn programming? Online or Offline......

I started out with a book and now I have sololearn so I would say both.

Both. Online is good because most time learning through a site, you have interactive examples and typically a good system of support if you get stuck. It’s also good to learn offline too because you usually have a deeper explanation and it’s extremely self-driven. Practicing both offline and online is good too. Coding on an editor and coding by hand is excellent practice for programming along with learning it.
