Do you think learning language like c++ or Scala is good for beginners?

C++ is the first language that I learned and I didn't have any issues doing that; this was also during the time that you had to use real books because the internet sucked and no one there to help you. With the amount of resources, tutorials, and assistance you can get in 2018, you shouldn't have any issues learning any of the programming languages unless you're just being lazy or not utilizing your resources properly.
