when I started getting a certificate without any knowledge here honestly. started the Microsoft course. and skip a good book in front of me + a compiler or cell phone with a compiler, one function more often to write. As many examples you do, it's better. From the very teachings of the mind there is nothing. book + computer, it takes a lot of time at the beginning and I am always more and more than a beginner, but so you will best master everything.
