I am happy with Webuilder 2016, Bluefish and Bluegriffon.
Webuilder 2016 has a well organized library of code snippets and it's easy to add
your own code snippets. Also using replacement tokens is quite easy.
But the other 2 editors have good wizards to help you with adding tags, auto
closing opened tags etc. as well.
