Question

Does anybody else have the problem that the game tells you that the connection is lost when you are connected to WiFi or data? I sent a bug report to sololearn and hope they can fix it.

Ah okay, gotcha. If you're talking about SoloLearn then yes, it's them more than likely. lol I have a 1 gigabit internet connection and the communication between their site/app and their database is bad. I get communication errors from them all of the time, but it's usually short-lived. It actually happened a few times to me this morning, including right before this post. My guess is that they got more traffic than originally expected, but they'll resolve it eventually I'm sure.

What game?
From the sounds of it, it appears to be related to the local device and/or its network than the app/server. Are you connected only to WiFi or both WIFI/Data? If you run a speed test, what type of speed/latency are you getting? Having issues with any other apps/websites/games?
Throw some more information and maybe we can troubleshoot it prior to you hearing back from them on it.

And sololearn is just about it as far as I can tell. Every once in a while I will get through though. That’s why I can do this.
