They will eventually, but people like me get the notifications and read the posts often. I've gotten many new followers from people that follow those posts, after they see my code there.

Many people see them there. I get many likes within minutes of posting there. Plus, posting like this is a violation of the SoloLearn guidelines and is considered spam. Spamming Q&A repeatedly will get your account banned.
