How any website is published.?

I created a normal site and I want to publish the site then what I can do for publishing new website.

You'll want to upload it onto a web server, whether you're hosting it or you obtained hosting elsewhere. Ensure your firewall is set to allow the connection to/from the internet to the web server. If you obtained a domain name, you'll want to set up the routing on it so it'll be directed to the web server/website. Afterwards, you can just type in the domain name and go to your website (sometimes takes 24-48 hours for DNS to update, but these days it's usually done within the same day). If you don't have a domain name, you can use the IP address of the web server to access the website also.

For myself, I have a VPS running CentOS 7 (linux) as its operating system and for the web server I'm using Apache. I prefer VPS over shared hosting / web hosting because it gives me virtually full access to do what I want. The trade off is that you have to admin it yourself, so you'll want to educate yourself on that if you're not already or just go with a shared hosting. Most shared hosting supports everything you'll need and is significantly cheaper than a VPS or dedicated server.
