node provides a runtime for JavaScript, and I heard in some video that u can use the V8 in node as a runtime for ur project too as used in many softwares, ( like atom editor).

not sure though , its high level stuffs for me , I may be wrong.

but why would you want to use java with c++, can you mention the use case for u , coz there might be simpler alternative available
